1. Agreement to terms

Access to Echo Peps is intended for qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and organizations engaged in legitimate scientific research. We reserve the right to approve or deny any account or order at our discretion, and to request verification of research purpose or institutional affiliation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in order cancellation or account termination.

3. Research use only — this is not negotiable

Every product sold on this site is a research chemical. It is not a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or food, and it is not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or animal use.

By placing an order, you confirm, independently of any checkbox you have already clicked at account creation or checkout, that:

• You are purchasing solely for laboratory, analytical, or research purposes.
• You will not administer, ingest, inject, apply, or otherwise introduce any product purchased from this site into a human or animal body.
• You will not resell, distribute, or represent these products as suitable for human or animal consumption, treatment, diagnosis, cure, or prevention of any disease.
• No product information on this site constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or a recommendation for human or animal use.
• You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and institutional policies that apply to your possession, handling, and use of these products in your jurisdiction.

Full terms governing this restriction are set out in our Research Use Only Agreement. Violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms — see Section 10 (Prohibited Conduct) for consequences.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to us or others.

5. Products, pricing, and orders

• Product descriptions, purity figures, and lot data reflect the specific lot in stock at the time of listing and are updated as lots change. We do not guarantee that any particular lot will remain in stock.

8. Returns and refunds

Governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

10. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or research purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt this site or its servers, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
• Use automated means to access or scrape this site.
• Resell products without our written authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent the research-use attestation described in Section 3.
• Discuss, promote, or engage in any practice of human or animal dosing of products purchased from Echo Peps, whether through this site, customer communications, reviews, social media, or any other channel.
• Market, label, or represent any product purchased from Echo Peps as suitable for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary application.

Violation of this section — in particular any discussion or practice of human or animal dosing — may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of pending orders, and a permanent ban from Echo Peps, at our discretion.

11. Assumption of risk

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, HANDLING, STORAGE, AND USE OF ANY PRODUCT FROM ECHO PEPS IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. Echo Peps sells research chemicals intended solely for laboratory and in-vitro use. By purchasing any product, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with it, including risks arising from improper storage, handling, contamination, degradation, misuse, or any application of the product to a human or animal. You waive any and all claims against Echo Peps arising from your use or misuse of a product to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THIS SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any product will meet your specific research requirements or produce any particular result, that product composition will remain unchanged after delivery, or that any information on this site is complete or current. Certificates of Analysis reflect testing results at the time of analysis and are not a warranty of fitness for any specific application. See our Medical Disclaimer for additional terms.

13. Limitation of liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Echo Peps, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased from Echo Peps, including any personal injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from administering, injecting, ingesting, or applying a product to a human or animal.
• Any statements, claims, or advice you make to a third party regarding Echo Peps products, including health claims or dosing recommendations.
• Any advertising, marketing, social media content, reviews, or promotional material you create or publish referencing Echo Peps products.
• Any violation of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct in Section 10.

This obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

15. Dispute resolution and arbitration
