FAQ

Questions we get asked.

If your question isn't here, our compliance team can answer it directly.

Note: a few answers below use [bracketed placeholders] where a business decision isn't finalized yet (payment processor, return policy, shipping regions). Fill those from whatever gets decided — don't let this page describe a policy that doesn't match what's actually in the Terms of Service, Disclaimer, or Shipping Policy once those are finalized.

What is Echo Peps?

Echo Peps supplies lab-tested research peptides, sold by the lot with published purity data and Certificates of Analysis. Every product is a research chemical — see below.

Are these products approved for human use?

No. Every product sold on this site is a research chemical, not a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or food. Nothing here is evaluated by the FDA, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Full detail is in our Disclaimer and Research Use Only Agreement.

Who can buy from Echo Peps?

Anyone at least 21 years old purchasing for legitimate laboratory or research purposes. You'll confirm this when you create an account, and again at checkout.

Why do I need to create an account before I can browse?

[OWNER DECISION — this reflects the current site behavior, where account creation and the research-use attestation happen before catalog access. If that gate is loosened later — e.g. to let visitors browse before signing up — update this answer to match.] We require a confirmed account before browsing the catalog so that the research-use and age attestation happens before pricing and lot data, not after.

What does "research use only" actually mean for me?

It means you're purchasing this product to use in a laboratory or research setting — not to administer to a person or animal in any form. See our Terms of Service for the full restriction and what happens if it's violated.

How do you verify purity?

Each lot is tested and assigned a lot number and a Certificate of Analysis showing assayed purity. Purity figures on each product page reflect the lot currently in stock, not a general average — different lots of the same compound may test slightly differently.

How should I store these products?

Most of our products ship lyophilized (freeze-dried) and should be stored at approximately −20°C for long-term storage, or refrigerated at 2–8°C after reconstitution. Specific storage guidance is listed on each product page — check it before your order arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

[PLACEHOLDER — fill in once the payment processor is finalized.]

Where do you ship?

[PLACEHOLDER — confirm current shipping regions. If starting with a limited set of states before expanding nationally, say so here plainly rather than implying nationwide shipping you're not actually fulfilling yet.]

Do you ship internationally?

[PLACEHOLDER — most sellers in this category restrict to domestic shipping given the regulatory complexity of exporting research chemicals; confirm before this page claims otherwise either way.]

What's your return policy?

PLACEHOLDER — this needs a real decision, not a default. Many sellers in this category only replace product damaged in transit, require photo evidence, and exclude anything already reconstituted, given handling-integrity and liability concerns once a lot leaves cold chain. See [Returns & Refunds Policy ([URL]) once finalized.]

How do I become a partner?

Details on the Echo Peps Partner Program, including commission structure and content requirements, are on our Partner Program page. All partners agree to the Partner Program Terms before receiving a referral link.
