1. Processing
Orders are processed on business days, excluding [HOLIDAY SCHEDULE]. In-stock orders placed before [CUTOFF TIME] [TIMEZONE] are typically prepared for dispatch within one to two business days. Orders requiring a fresh lot assay may take longer, and we will notify you if so.
2. Cold-chain handling
Lyophilised products are shipped in insulated packaging appropriate to the destination and transit time. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit; refrigerate on arrival and store at −20 °C for long-term storage as printed on the label.
Shipments are logged on dispatch. Where continuous temperature monitoring is included, the log is available on request against the order number.
3. Carriers, rates, and tracking
We ship via [CARRIERS]. A flat cold-chain handling and shipping rate is shown at checkout; the current rate is set in code at SHIPPING_FLAT_CENTS in lib/cart.tsx. [CONFIRM final rate card, and whether it should vary by destination zone or order weight.]
Tracking details are emailed at dispatch. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. [ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm this allocation is consistent with the refund terms.]
4. Destinations and restrictions
We currently ship to [DESTINATIONS]. We do not ship to [EXCLUDED JURISDICTIONS].
[ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED — HIGH PRIORITY: research-chemical import rules vary widely and change often. The excluded-destination list must be built with counsel and re-verified periodically, and enforced in checkout validation, not just stated here.]
You are the importer of record for international shipments and are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and for any required import permit. Shipments refused or seized by customs are not refundable except as stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
5. Problems in transit
Report non-delivery, visible damage, or a compromised seal within [WINDOW] of the delivery scan, with photographs of the packaging and label, to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve per the Return & Refund Policy.
